Encouraging Uni Students to start playing polo

I am currently one of the most experienced polo player's at my Uni and it has come upon me to do most of the training etc. so far we have done well this year with a well established team, but this year we are losing half of both the men's and women's teams. This will be a problem for next year as the interest is low at the moment.
I am just wondering if anyone has any idea's of introductory/begginer sessions that i can use at the start of next year and in the coming weeks to try and encourage people to come and play polo.
