Mulwala NSW

Hi Guys
There is the teeniest possibility that we may end up in Mulwala for an extended/permanent period of time due to a work move. I still cant get my head round distances in Oz so could you tell me where the nearest place is to play polo near Mulwala? Also, about how often do people meet up to train and what is an average time/distance to travel for training? Just thinking that a 21/2 hour drive each way to Melbourne seems a bit extreme especially if it is more than 1x per week!!!

I promise I have looked through old threads to see if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything...

ummm, i wouldnt have a clue where mulwala is. but im sure there are closer places than melbourne. canberra has people playing, and possibly training to some description. as does sydney, which are both possibly closer. hopefully someone who knows where mulwala is will see this thread and be able to help you out a lil more.

The 2 closest places to play polo will be Melbourne or Canberra. They are both about the same distance but there is probably more happening in Melbourne. For womens training contact Kate Abbey or Mike Wilson.
