welsh league in pembroke

Hi all i have just found out that BUSA is on the same weekend as welsh league in pembroke which is 26/27 april because of this i am looking at running it on the weekend of the 12/13 april.

If no one can make it please let me know asap.

Hi all sorry to muck you all about. There is abit of confusion about the BUSA
date. But at the mo the date for welsh league will either be 12/13 or 26/27
april. I will let everyone know by the end of the week.

Windmill Hill Farm - 01646 682392. This is the same campsite we used to use for the welsh open.
Remember it is a public site so you should book in advance.

Hi all due to things outside off my control. The weekend of pembroke will be
canceled as the council have decided to drain castle pond for atleast the next 2
to 3 weeks to do repairs to the walls.

I will try my best to rearrange this date asap.
Any problems please let me know.

Hi all, the only date available for welsh league is 31st may and 1st june. The
venue is still up in the air but I will let all teams know by the end of the
weekend where it will be held.

Could all teams please reply asap to confirm you can make it or not? Please can
you all reply.

If not enough teams can make it then we will use the indoor part of the league
to determine the league position. And then I will send out the entry forms for
the following season.

We have now decided to hold welsh league at taff bargoed which is near the
international climbing centre.

This is for the outdoor comp which was meant for pembroke.

The date for this is the 31may 1june. Can all teams please email me to comfirm
you can make this date or if you cant. We will be runing it that weekend what
ever happens as there are no more spare weekends.
