As discussed at the IR prize-giving, NZCPA has decided to adopt straight ICF rules. You can find the rules here - you want the 2007 version

No specific date was recorded in the Boards minutes but the initial proposal they were discussing and essentially approved had suggested a change over date of 1st jan 2008.
There are no further formal NZCPA run comps before this date and clearly its up to individual comp organizers to decide if they want to use ICF prior to this date - they just need to let people know.
Refereeing qualifications will all remain current but people will be expected to familiarize themselves with the differences. At some stage there is likely to be a posting discussing some of the differences but essentially you can look at the NZCPA 2005 rules and pick them out for yourself already.
It's anticipated (all fingers crossed) there'll be some clarifications sent out by ICF for some interpretations that may not be clear.
