Yeah... was shame, but not a wast of time, didsome enduracne on the Slalom gates then some sprint practise and a turning improvement.

Im up for next thursday. If cancelled might still go just for the paddle practise:thumbup:

The session has been changed to a Wednesday as we weren't getting enough bodies for Thursday.

No it's not on this week as people are on holiday but should be back on next week.

Only seen Fiona from Stirling Uni there recently
