What federations are sending U21 women teams. Ireland is intending to send one.

For those countries that are not sending an under 21's ladies, why not?!

Is it because there are not enough players of that age or no funding to send them?

In GB's case there was not enough U21 ladies attending selection to enable the coaches to guarantee having a full team available for the tournaments.
