Are we talking about polo here?

Personally I feel everyone can find the place they enjoy to play. Guess it depends on how competative you are.

The late great 'Paddy' should be an inspiration to us all. He only took up canoeing in his 60s when he had some hip problems. Learnt to play polo and played until he collected a shoulder injury (round about 72). He loved to play the team game as did his friend Gerry who was also retired, good goalie as well.

Find some like minded people and organise your own sessions.

Remember, enjoy playing.

I wouldnt be considering giving it up because of age!! Blimey, if your falling to pieces and it causes you more pain than fun that may be acceptable. You never know when you may fly over your handle bars and dont get the choice at all- thats a lot worse!!!
