As a follow on from my previous thread:

www.canoepolo.com/forum/2-in-the-zone/93...plastic-polo-paddles

I found out that double dutch used to make a glass construction canoe polo blade, however they stopped in 2005. I know a club that has quite a few of these paddles and they seemed like a economical replacement for carbon blades that although are heavier, have a similiar shaped blade.

Does anyone know of any companies that still make glass polo blades at all? It would be a great help, thanks .

Hi,
as i know Double Dutch is now making the glass paddle again, with a lighter weight compare to the old one.. actually it's semi glass, semi carbon.. front part glass and back part carbon.
you can check double dutch website for detail.. www.doubledutch.eu
