Anyways just wondering what everyone is doing for off water training in preperations for this big year a head of us. Maybe you haven't started yet, but have plans to do stuff? The gym? other sports?

It's a little cold right now, especially in the mornings (which is the only time of the day I can actually get in a paddle). So...I have been working with a resista-band, convenient pole and 2 PB Disc pads.

Pretty much, I sit on one dis, have my feet on the other, stretch a band around a pole and do interval training. Pyramid drills, etc. All of this stuff can be found at a local gym; it is pretty standard equipment. Or...it is affordable enough to purchase. I happen to work at a fitness facility, so I got off easy on the purchasing part. Other than that, Pilates is great for the core.

What have you been doing as far as training goes? When is your selections?

Talk with you later.
